What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your reservation and notify us at least seven days in advance of your date of arrival, we will refund your account less a $20 cancellation fee. No refund if you cancel less than seven days in advance. No-shows and early departures will be charged for the amount originally reserved. 

Do you have special prices for extended stays?

Yes, please follow up with us for details. Price is determined on length of time and season of the year

Do you need a fishing license to fish in the pond?

No, it is a privately owned pond and no license is needed

Can we keep the fish that we catch?

Yes, you can keep or return the fish back to the pond after catch

Are fishing poles provided?

We have a couple limited poles, but if able I recommend bring your own

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed

Is swimming allowed in the pond?

No, swimming is not allowed

What if we arrive late at night?

That is not a problem, as we will put a key & clipboard with your name at your door for you to access without need to contact us

Can we check in early?

You may check in early if arranged with us, and the room was not rented the night prior

Are there alligators in the pond?

No. The alligators seen in the pictures can be found on swamp tours at Lake Martin and Atchafalaya Basin

What is the distance from the town?

We are about 6 miles from downtown Breaux Bridge

What types of payment do you accept?

Visa or Mastercard, and rentals through AirBnB

Country Charm Bed & Breakfast Release From Liability

I, the undersigned (hereinafter the Guest) hereby irrevocably & unconditionally release & hold harmless from liability Country Charm, LLC Bed & Breakfast, its owners, agents, and other guests (all four groups hereinafter known as Releasees) from any & all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from my participation at Country Charm Bed & Breakfast.

I understand that attending a facility in the country may involve participation in physical and/or water activities both indoors and outdoors, and certain exposure to wildlife. With these, and all related activities, there is a certain element of risk. By accepting this waiver, I hereby acknowledge that my participation is at my own risk, and that I assume all responsibilities for any and all aspects of participation by both myself and any children who might accompany me. This waiver applies to any and all activities participated in at Country Charm Bed & Breakfast.

I understand that this Release from Liability irrevocably & unconditionally releases and holds harmless all Releasees from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that I as a Guest or my family member or friend may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at Country Charm Bed & Breakfast.

I, the undersigned, have read this Release from Liability & understand all of its terms; I have executed it voluntarily, with full knowledge of its significance, & intend to be legally bound by it. Children here with me are my responsibility while here at Country Charm Bed & Breakfast. My signature includes them in coverage of this release form.
